These terms apply to your use of soliddigital.online. They are short, and they are not an attempt to sign away rights you have under Australian law.
Who provides this site
soliddigital.online is published by Beshine s.r.o., Mlýnská 326/13, Trnitá, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company number 11993715, VAT CZ11993715, contactable at info@soliddigital.online. In these terms, “the publisher” means that company and “the site” means soliddigital.online.
What the site is for
The site is informational. It explains a category of online games and points readers to primary sources — vendors, Australian regulators and the national classification register. It is not professional advice of any kind: not legal, financial, consumer, technical or security advice, and not a substitute for reading the terms, pricing and policies of any product you are considering.
Information may change
Online games are altered by their publishers without notice, prices and availability vary by region and over time, and government guidance is updated. Information on this site is believed to be accurate on the date shown in the footer, and may be out of date afterwards. Before relying on anything here, check it at the source: the vendor’s own site for anything about a product, and the relevant Australian body for anything about law, classification or safety. If you find an error, write to the address above.
Paid links
The site contains paid links. When a reader follows the link to Star Stable Online and goes on to create an account, the advertiser pays the publisher a commission, at no additional cost to the reader. This is explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page, and every such link on the site carries a disclosure line beside it.
Third-party sites
Links to other websites are provided for reference. The publisher does not control those sites, does not endorse them by linking to them, and is not responsible for their content, their products, their terms or their handling of your personal information. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policy of the site you arrive at apply, and they are worth reading.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, stylesheet, code and original graphics on this site are the publisher’s. You may read, print and link to any page, and quote a reasonable extract with attribution to soliddigital.online. Republishing pages wholesale, or reproducing the site’s structure and content as your own, is not permitted.
Star Stable Online and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Solid Digital is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Product names are used only to identify and describe the products discussed.
Acceptable use
Read the site, link to it, quote it. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to the server, or use automated means to place an unreasonable load on it. There is nothing here to log into and no data to extract beyond the published pages themselves.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from any error or omission in it, or from any interruption to the site’s availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to the resupply of the relevant information. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are explained by the ACCC.
Privacy
The site collects nothing from readers and sets no cookies. The privacy policy and cookie policy set out what that means and what the hosting provider records.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes about them. This does not deprive a reader in Australia of the protection of mandatory Australian consumer law, or of the right to bring a matter before an Australian regulator or court where Australian law gives them that right.
Changes to these terms
